Mochamad Andika Agustiansyah—better known as Dika—is an artist manager, record label manager, and the founder and CEO of RICH MUSIC, an event management company. His journey began in 2013 when ROCKET ROCKERS invited him to manage the band’s operations. A year later, he expanded his scope by establishing REACH & RICH RECORDS & ARTIST MANAGEMENT, a business unit created by Rocket Rockers.
In 2020, Dika took a significant leap by founding RICH MUSIC, a media and event management company focused on the music industry.
Further advancing his career, he served as the executive producer of a full-length music documentary titled GELORA: Magnumentary of Gedung Saparua.
In 2021, he founded the DistorsiKERAS Festival, a music festival dedicated to heavy music genres, which continues to thrive to this day.
Pursuing his vision further, Dika ventured into film in 2022 with GALANG, a feature film inspired by a true story about the journey of the music scene in Bandung, directed by Adriyanto Dewo —Best Director at FFI 2014, Best Director at JAFF Indonesian Screen Awards 2022, and many other national and international awards
In 2024, Dika became an advisor at Iramanesia, a music media and event management company.
Currently, RICH MUSIC also operates as an artist agency (RICH MUSIC ARTIST AGENCY) and event services company (RICH MUSIC EVENT SERVICES), handling various brand activations and music festivals across Indonesia.
